All levels are welcome and we accommodate classes to every level and every body.
SCHEDULE.
Friday 9.30am - Morning Flow Class
Saturday 8.00am and 9.00am - Morning Flow Class.
Saturday 3.30pm - Stretch and Slow Flow Class.
Other times on request.
We accept payments via credit card, or tap and pay on the day (just send us a message to reserve your spot)!
